I can create a .xml for excel 2003 with no chart.
and I want to have a chart too, is it possible?

of course you can create the xml for Excel 2003 files.

you just need to install the compatibility pack and save the file as 2007 format, thats it!

now if you want to keep the charts or anything and again if you want to create the xmls save the file in 2007 Format the extension for this could be .XLSM/.XLSX.
