I've been visiting this site (articles, forums, etc.) for a while now and I'm really underwhelmed by it. Is it that there is a such a lack of Open XML developers out there or that it has shoddy adminstration and marketing?

- The forums are rarely visited and tough questions go unanswered.
- The articles have spelling errors, along with images that don't show up.
- The forums are filling up with spam comments and no one is deleting them.
- The articles are stale and I have no idea who can/can't submit articles or why more are not submitted. "Interview with..." is getting old.
- The forum edit box is just plain text.

Is this site a dead after thought or is there a better place to go or...?
