I enjoy it when there is a question on OpenXMLDeveloper.org where I can point the developer to some specific blog posts, MSDN articles, or screen-casts that answer the question. The next best thing is when there is a question that I can use as a subject of a blog post or screen-cast. Answering questions in this way really provides leverage.
