OpenXmlDeveloper.org is shutting down as an active site. See this blog post at EricWhite.com for more information.
PowerTools combines PowerShell with the most advanced Office file format, Office Open XML, to generate report or eye candy output for your script. Try it, you'll be surprised by the natural way of manipulating open XML documents in your scripts.
You mentioned that you changed the namespace for the openxmlpowertools. Is that code available? Do you have updated versions of the cmdlets?
Eric, I am using the older version of documentbuilder. When I combine the same doc multiple times, like a mail merge, an image in the doc seems to get corrupted. Can't tell yet whether the image itself might be corrupt in some way or whether documentbuilder doesn't handle it properly. Is the older version known to have a problem with images that are not in the header? Thanks.
@jhelak, yes, 2.2 is now released.
@Saxon55, importing the same document multiple times in DocumentBuilder 1.1 did not work correctly. It was one of the things that motivated me to re-write it. DocumentBuilder 2.2 works properly when importing pieces of the same document multiple times.
I am running thru memory issue while merging documents using DocuementBuilder(latest).
The reports that I wanted to merge was generated after XSL transformation based on XML and XSLT of word processing documents.
Can you please go thru the report (emailed to you) that what is wrong with it.
